Signed Antique Northwood Early American Pattern Glass Spooner Paneled Holly

Early American Pattern Glass by Northwood Glass Co. circa 1908. This Northwood Emerald Green Glass spooner is in the Paneled Holly Pattern with gold gild. Marked with the letter N within a circle on the inside bottom of the dish, this is an authentic piece. Many people collect these pieces not only for the beauty of the glass but because this glass was made during the Victorian period and was used not by the wealthy, but everyday housewives. These ladies endured war, disease, and moving out west, all during which time they had none of our modern conveniences like running water or electricity.
