Find our collection of unique garden pots and hanging baskets. Video Transcription: Hi it's Jennifer here with City Farmhouse Antiques. It's a Sunday morning and I out working in the garden. It's spring and we are getting all kinds of neat pieces in for the garden. I love shopping for pretty things to put out in the garden or on the patio. I wanted to share with you a piece that just came in. We have a lot of pots for container gardening and are expecting a lot of unique hanging pots for the garden. I am out here with my shipping manager, my tried and true boy. This piece comes with an 8" pot that just lifts out of the chair. I potted it up this morning with some deep purple petunias, some Creeping Jenny, and this Calibrachoa which almost looks like a miniature petunia. These take full sun, but here in the southwest anything with directions for full sun usually needs part shade to stay alive in the heat. The key to these petunias is really dead heading them in the summer to keep them blooming. You can see that these pots are a brushed light teal and they are made to look vintage and old with an antique patina. The pot comes right out of the seat. You can see these cute little scrolled feet. This antique style chair stands about 27" tall which is a nice size for a cute container garden by the front door or on the patio. You could even use it for a little child's garden for lettuce or seeds. I thought these were too cute to pass up so these will be online in our gardening section and we are going to have some other containers coming like beautiful hanging wrought iron pieces. A lot of people collect figurines for the garden, especially frogs, so we will keep the garden statues coming as well.
