Our collection of garden decor. Video Translation: Hi, this is Jennifer here with City Farmhouse Antiques and I am here with this week's find of the week and I wanted to give you something pretty to look at with all of this going on with Covid-19. So many people working so hard across the country. Those that aren't feeling well and those that are taking care of loved ones that are sick. So many people that have lost their jobs and out of work and finding it difficult to provide for their families. I just wanted to share something really pretty with you that gets you ready for spring. This is a wisteria that I planted several years ago. They are actually quite easy to grow. I don't know how they grow in other parts of the country or tolerate the cold as I am here in the southwest where they thrive in the heat and believe it or not they are very easy to grow and take care of. Isn't it just beautiful. Nestled in here you can see I have this week's find of the week and you can see these hanging antique style metal urns. They come in a set of 2. They have a filigree, scalloped lace edge. You can see they have openings in the top and they hang. They have their own hooks to hang. They are made to look rustic so you can see little rust spots. Each one will look different. They have fluted edges as they go down. The part I like about them the most, being a gardener myself, is everyone knows your plants always need drainage and these actually have holes down in the bottom part of the finial so your plant can drain. They can hold probably about a 6 to 8" pot and they are fairly long at about 12". I would probably stuff the bottom with straw or something that can also help provide for that drainage and yet the roots can grow. They come in a set of 2. They look nice in clusters. You can buy them in multiples and put three in one spot and a few more in another spot. They look great hanging from a pergola or hanging from a back porch. They are just fun. I thought this would cheer everyone up. For those of you that are not feeling well I hope you are back to feeling great soon. Thank you to all of my fellow Americans that are working so hard to keep food on the shelves at all of the stores and those that are in the healthcare profession that are working so hard to take care of their patients, it is such hard work, and those of you that find yourself in a difficult position worried about taking care of your family we are all going to get through this together. Be safe, be well, and I hope at least this brought a smile to your face and got you in the mood for spring and Easter. Be sure and check out all of our cute pieces at www.cityfarmhouseantiques.com where we have more than just antiques and give us a like on Facebook, and take care. God bless.
